About Veronica's Kitchen

Our Mission

  Veronica's Kitchen is a fusion of Mexican food and different cultural flavors. We offer delicious dishes with sazon and ingredients that we use in all Mexican cuisine. My purpose is to bring people from different ethnicities and social classes together to enjoy every dish made with love and fresh ingredients.

How it all Began

     I remember being a child and eating delicious and simple dishes that my parents used to cook, full of fresh ingredients and unforgettable flavors. Although my father was blind , he was my culinary teacher. He taught how to use spaces and cook beans and rice. He always said " if you learn how to make a good hot sauce , you are going to be a good chef" . When I came to the United States , I missed my parents and of course the food. My life has been full of obstacles, but I haven't given up yet. In 2016, when I was struggling financially, I started my adventure of selling mangos, corn and tamales to my friends. One day I had the opportunity to sell at a Farmer's Market, and that day I decided to sell authentic Mexican food. Customer told me that my food was full of flavor and that I should have a restaurant. In every dish that I cook I pour all my love and childhood memories when my father taught me to master delicious Mexican recipes.
